Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise day-to-day admin operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. The ideal candidate needs to have previously been in a similar/related role with IT/ITES organizations, preferably with export/import operations in SEZ facilities.We’re looking for a take-charge individual who can efficiently manage internal and external stakeholders as the company prepares for facility expansion and associated capital projects.Job Responsibilities: Oversee, manage & implement processes for General admin OperationsOversee and manage the Special Economic Zone related compliances that the company is required to adhere to and manage the personnel in the SEZ compliance department.Coordinate & oversee capacity additions including new office spaces, production facility expansion initiatives.Liaison with project consultants, governmental agencies and other external vendors for required clearances, procedures in relation to facility expansion.Coordination/Support with India finance & accounts and the audit team for support related to ROC related hygiene tasks.Supporting the HR team for leave & attendance management and policy implementations for effective workplace managementCoordinating the Employee asset purchases, registrations, allocations and associated filings and records with HR as well Finance & Accounting departments.Required Expertise/Experience: Required Expertise includes:Proven experience as an administration managerIn-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policiesFamiliarity with financial and facilities management principlesProficient in MS OfficeAn analytical mind with problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesA team player with leadership skills5-10 years of administrative manager experience.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experiencePostgraduate degree in management or prior experience in managerial roles.Salary: Best in the industryWork Experience: 5-10 YearsRole: Manager -AdministrationIndustry: Telecom/IoT/Electronics/Software-ITESJob Location: CochinJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceInternet reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftFixed shiftSupplemental pay types:Performance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:administration manager: 5 years (Preferred)MS Office: 5 years (Preferred)financial and facilities management principles: 5 years (Preferred)office management procedures &: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8714565751
