Owns the overall Product’s Architecture and technology roadmap.
Define different technology strategies/initiatives and provide leadership for the execution.
Coach development teams for developing and maintaining highly scalable, maintainable, secured applications by reviewing the design, code and solution approaches regularly.
Spearhead best design/coding practices across different development teams.
Work with stakeholders to discuss and finalize the best technical approach.
Participate in recruiting the best talent in Scan-IT
Provide leadership and vision to the architecture team.
Drive initiative on special projects for moving legacy technology code base to the latest architecture, technology and platform.
Provide technical leadership in promoting different Agile practices

Skills required:

15+ years software Development experience in a professional environment
Candidate should have hands-on experience in Java / J2EE
Should be strong in OOPS and Core Java – Fundamentals.
Should have experience of working in Spring, Servlets and web containers.
AWS certified professional having experience of working with AWS cloud services and technologies
Should be an avid learner of new technologies, innovate and demonstrate this attribute.
Awareness of database SQL/PLSQL is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
