You will need to resolve customer queries over voice call.

– Excellent Communication skill in English (Written/ Verbal)

– Immediate Joiners Required

– At the time of interview a detailed description of the job profile will be explained to you.

– Flexible to work in rotational shifts (24*7 Working any 9 hours only).

– 1 rotational week off (No fixed sunday off).

– Having good computer skills. Typing speed min 20 – 25 wpm & Accuracy should be excellent.
