Salary : 25000/- to 38000/- CTC
Location : Bangalore (MG Road)
Optional laptop or desktop
Experience: 1 to 2 year Experienced Required in BPO voice process.
Profile: Recorded calls audit of the agent with all client provided parameter’s Explain: – Opening & Closer Greeting, Account Verification, Contact Information Confirmation, Problem Solving Abilities, Protocol Compliance, Call Handling Skills, Customer Service Quality, Call Centre Etiquette, Script Compliance, Closure & Follow-up.
