Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.

• Serving as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.

• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounts department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.

• Meeting accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

• Taking responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, etc.

• Setting up and monitoring accounts KPIs.

• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.

• Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.

• Protect the company’s value by keeping information confidential.

• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

• Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

• Preparing reports on account status.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
