Responsibilities
· Develop metric collection and analysis scripts across various ServiceNow products
· Develop solutions that help product success initiatives to scale considering long term technical architecture, process design and ServiceNow technical standards
· Developing wireframes and task flows using ServiceNow workflows and scripting
· Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces on ServiceNow portal, workspace and native UI
· Develop proto types on ServiceNow platform and review with stakeholders
· Perform unit/ integration testing. Review code/ do technical analysis/ create technical designs (documents)
· Deployment of releases in to test and production environments
To be successful in this role you have:
BE / B Tech/ ME / MS / MTech in Computer Sciences, Electronics and Communications or Electrical Engineering fields with a proven academic track record
Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of IT products like ITSM, ITAM and ITOM
Worked on agile methodology
Understanding of Now experience framework in developing portals and workspaces
Deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting – client scripting, business rules , UI actions etc
Workflow automation using flow designer
Knowledge of software engineering architecture & practices.
Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
Understanding of version management using GitHub, ServiceNow Studio
Knowledge on MID Server and integrations using REST/SOAP based APIs
Deep knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST and associated frameworks

Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
