Role & Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Australian customers.

Skills Required:

• Excellent Communication skills required in English
• The candidate should have good through process

Qualification:

• Only Male candidate can apply
• Graduate/Undergraduate both can apply
• The candidate must have at least 6 months of work experience in an international voice process.
• Should be comfortable working in night shifts
• Candidate should be from nearby Gurgaon office location
• Freshers can’t be considered

Other Info:

• 5 Days working (with 2 rotational Week offs)
• Work From Office – Gurgaon
• 9 hours of shift through the day (24*7)
• Salary
• 27,000: For less than 6 months of experience
• 28,000: For candidates having 6-12 months of experience
• 29,000: For the candidates have more than 12 months of experience

• Productivity bonus of INR 180 per working day for all candidate
• Quarterly increment of INR 1000 on offered CTC (based on performance).

Salary: ₹27,000.00 – ₹29,000.00 per month
