Roles and Responsibilities -· Acting as a first point of contact for all events planned internally and externally· Preparing annual events and communication calendar under the supervision of office manager· Ensuring all statutory requirements including permissions and contracts are in place for entertainment, activities, venues etc. for all events· Having prior experience/ knowledge on managing events digitally· Partnering with stakeholders to conduct detailed venue assessment· Preforming staff safety and security assessment at the venue in consultation with the office managerDesired Candidate Profile –A graduation degreePrevious experience in managing event and facilities (minimum 5 years)Excellent oral and written English language communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/processes at the same time, and prioritize effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with all levels of staffTeam player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendlyExperience to work in a complex matrix structured organization is essential.Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹25,700.00 – ₹27,800.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
