Job Description

We are looking for associates who are fluent in their language (Odia/Malayalam) and will be instrumental in helping us in moderating the content and running online campaigns for the specific lingual groups and markets. You will drive regular communication with the top user community and will be actively involved in increasing their engagement on our platform.
Our Language Specialists:
Understand our target audience and users
Interest in Education/Business Category of Information.
Use their understanding of the different target audience, latest trends and pop culture of the region to review content for quality
Review images and videos posted and moderate profiles on the platform
Assist our Leads in developing online campaigns and come up with interesting captions to increase engagement on the platform
Review ShareChat and other platforms, to discover talented creators in specific categories
Regular communication with the top users, collecting feedbacks, and suggesting ways for them to drive more engagement
Required Skillsets:
Written and spoken fluency in either Odia/Malayalam language and business proficiency in English
Previous experience in managing online community relations, marketing, sales is a plus
Basic skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheet) and MS Word (or Google Doc)
Strong ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
Deep interest in the local culture, trends and pop culture
Ability to connect with the target audience and have a creative bent to get them to engage more will be an added plus
Discipline and rigor to ensure day today tasks are closed with no lags
