Job Description

Sales Operations Analyst You will be responsible for one or more retailers end to end return process and deduction/collections reconciliation. This may include (but not limited to) case management, partnering with finance to reconcile short pays, working with retailers/receiving to identify unauthorized returns, partnering with AE and CEM to drive alignment with the retailer. Sharp focus on return timelines and product quality check is essential to be successful in this role.

What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.
You will:

• Builds collaborative relationships with customers/partners based on knowledge of our technology, products, services.
• Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/ meet customer/partner needs to Identifies opportunities for process improvements and recommends business solutions considering customer/partner needs and our interests.
• Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross functionally to support the sales process.
• Can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships and works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.
• Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters and develops reporting structure which is replicable.

Essential Requirements

• Financial and analytical experience and Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Customer-focused, cross functional skills and Time management skills.
