Job Description:
Purpose & Accountabilities
Ensure the projects assigned are delivered within timeline and budget and high quality (Right at first time)
Work with various stakeholders involved in the project and ensure the dependencies are met on time
Leading the team from the front by guiding & motivating the team to come up with ideas for process improvements & exploring the scope of automation. Contributes also to the assigned processes & projects.
Coach the engineers on resolving complaints and issues timely & satisfactory, including managing stakeholder relationships with partner sites.
Monitor the project/s progress and required reports are generated and presented to the Programme management team
Responsible for setting up the Project Management Framework for Greenfield and Brown Field CMMS projects executed by the teams & conduct timely reviews to ensure compliance
Responsible for onboarding new Team Leads and technical specialists to the team
Responsible for managing varying demand in CMMS project and appraise the Operations lead with the required data for demand supply management
Responsible for delivering right resource requirement for the various CMMS projects
Skills & Requirements
Strong aptitude for Learner Mindset
University Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & communication, Electrical. Maintenance background would be preferred.
Required 12+ yrs operational experience in engineering / technical jobs in at least one of the following areas:
Experience in Plant Maintenance area within a Manufacturing or Upstream environment as an engineering user of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Inspection Management Systems (IMS), and Document Management Systems (DMS.)
Use and understanding of SAP PM / MM modules.
PMP certification – preferred
Detailed grasp of the context of use of technical data and documentation within technical data processes, Shell physical processing assets (hardware) and associated operating
Flexibility to move quickly across changing priorities and manage multiple Projects/Programmer
Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
External lens and connectivity: able to understand how Shell can influence the external world and how Shell is influenced by the external world.
Ability to engage and effectively communicate at all levels inside and outside Shell and within different cultural settings.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to challenge and ability to build internal and external relationships based on trust and to integrate across multiple functions.
