Sheru is monomaniacally focused on accelerating the electric revolution in India. We’ve started by targeting the largest installed base of Electric Vehicles – E-Rickshaws (92% of EVs in India), upgrading them with swappable Li-ion battery packs, helping drivers DOUBLE their daily income with the AWS Lambda for batteries. So far, we’ve enabled 2.5M kilometres with our technology and removed 300 Metric Tons of carbon emissions in the process. We’re still on day one, and looking for the right folks to partner with to build, secure, and scale our platform, as well as the ecosystem of services that India currently lacks.

Job Description

Location – Gurgaon

Experience – 1-3 years

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹19,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
