Shipsy is looking for a marketing campaign specialist to take charge of our email and social media marketing channels. It’s a great opportunity to become a part of a young and vibrant team, collaborate with people across geographies and cultures, and evolve quickly as a modern marketer. Key responsibilities:

• Devise B2B, multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
• Manage the procedure, implementation, execution, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement techniques to improve open, click, and conversion rates from email and social media campaigns.
• Support sales and inside sales teams in the execution of sales-led email activities.
• Write, edit and proofread copy for email and social media materials associated with the marketing campaigns.
• Work with the design team to ensure any communication sent out is engaging, in line with the brand guideline, and is error-free.
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
• Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.

Qualifications
Requirements 8+ years of direct experience of running email and social media marketing campaigns Excellent writing and communication skills. Excellent project management and analytical skills Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time. Experience with email and marketing automation tools like HubSpot and SendGrid
