As Customer Delight Officer you will be required to do a wide range of activities including taking calls, answering business inquiries, resolving issues and facilitate information.
Responsibilities and Duties

• **Resolving the customer’s complaints and determining the cause of the problem.
• Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problems/issues.
• Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information and building sustainable relationships of trust.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Inform customer about deals and promotions

Required Experience and Qualifications
**Graduate in any stream, MBA would be a definite plus
