Job Description:

• Making a business plan & departmental objectives for the service department
• Ensure all dealership targets are achieved as per plan & ability to look at operations from macro perspective
• Supervising & guiding all personnel in the Service Department including parts in- charge & PDI in-charge
• Utilize the job description, including performance criteria to communicate expectations, monitor and measure individual effectiveness
• Communicating Customer Satisfaction Service Standards to all service personnel
• Establishing and maintaining a Consumer Relations Policy that ensures complete customer satisfaction. Also provide a customer record and follow up system, resolve customer complaints and build loyal clientele
• Ensuring technical ability is maintained at the highest level for all employees at the workshop
• Establishing the facility and workforce requirements and imparting training to them
• Ensuring profitability of the Service Department by attaining financial objectives and achieve service absorption
• Monitor and take corrective actions based on the Workshop Monthly performance report
• Manage departmental expenses effectively
• Initiate housekeeping, safety and security procedures that result in a safe and attractive work environment
• Utilize personnel management system that incorporates dealership policies on recruiting, hiring orientation, staffing levels and pay plans (including incentives and fringe benefits)
• Control Workshop processes effectively
• Maintain dealership equipment in effective and safe working conditions
• Meeting customers and employees regularly to understand ground realities
• Able to create a “customer friendly” culture in the organization

• Has good contacts in the local industry and business circle
• Educational Qualifications: ·
• Essential: BE/B Tech/AMIE/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
• Preferred: Graduate/Post Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
