Roles and Responsibilities

· Book keeping

· Ensure books of accounts are updated till date.

· Ensure all payment entries made till date

· Ensure proper narrations are entered in the books of accounts.

· Ensure all debtors and creditor balances are reconciled every month.

· Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled till date.

· Ensure all purchase and sales entries are entered in the books.

· Banking related worked

· Timely feeding of journal and cash vouchers in the Tally system.

· To prepare the petty cash book and enter all petty cash payments/receipts.

· Document filing

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate with at least 2 year to 3 years of experience in accounting
