We have an opening for HR Recruiter in Shrotam Informatics India Pvt Ltd at Jamshedpur location.

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Salary: 10k-15k

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hiring candidates for all levels Entry-Junior-
• Understanding the client’s requirement and sourcing,
• screening profiles from various sources that suits the client’s requirements.
• Recruiting from Job Portals like: Naukri, Social Networking Sites like: LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook.
• Screening and validating application by conducting the preparatory telephonic interview.
• Scheduling interviews for the short-listed Candidates.
• Sending Interview Call Letter and make sure that the Candidates attend the interview.
• Following up with the Candidate regarding the Interview.

• Issuing the Offer letter, Appointment letter, Transfer Letter and Warning Letter etc. and explain the salary details, Maintaining Employees Relationship.
• Processing Employees PF, ESIC,.
• Leave Management.
• Handling Exit Interview and all Clearance.
• Maintain and updating the database of the candidates and employees
• Preparing Attendance, Salary Sheet & Salary Slip.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month
