Requirements
Education: Graduation in any subject
Language Proficiency: Should be fluent in English and Malayalam
Communication: Excellent verbal communication; a good listener; willing to serve customer.
Experience: Freshers or with experience in tele calling, customer experience dept, customer care, relationship management etc. may apply.
Responsibilities
1. Carrying out and handling collection entirely over the phone.
2. Inform the customers about the overdues in their account and clear the dues at the earliest.
3. Ensure the customers are aware of the consequences of not clearing the dues on time.
4. Planning course of action to recover outstanding dues.
5. Negotiate payment deadlines and payment plans.
6. Collection to be done in assigned retail loans and any other loans as assigned by the Bank from time to time.

Salary: 19,000.00 – 20,500.00 per month
