Main responsibilities:
Monitoring and controlling the monthly DASHBOARD- GRIR, Web cycles, GIT, MTO

Service GRN

Balance sheet review- Handling vendor related heads, eg: open advance to vendors, payables, etc

Accounts receivables Accounts payables adjustment entry

Monthly U+2 JVE postings

Monthly vendor advance review

Handling vendor queries

Monthly review of vendors issue with management

Half yearly Physical Inventory Audit

Supportive role in MIS and Controlling

Issuing Debit / Credit note to vendors

Payment retention, retention release and advance BPO

Experience required – 1-2 years

This role is based in Aurangabad & on direct contract with Siemens, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
