Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• Good understanding of Generator product requirements and manufacturing processes.

• Good understanding of Generator and it’s component inspection and testing wrt technical requirements.

• Know how on New Product Introduction process and establishment considering Generator.

• Technical feasibility study and bridge the gaps starting from proposal to site installation.

• Good understanding of reading and interpreting engineering drawings like SLD, GAD

• Should have knowledge of Standards for Electrical/Instrumentation Components like IEC, IS,

• Should be able to prepare and approve Quality Assurance Plan & Manufacturing Process Plan.

• Should be able to provide technical inputs/Lead RCA or 8D for quality issues and support troubleshooting.

• Should be able to identify process gaps and drive improvements.

• Maintain a healthy working environment while working with Cross Functional Team.

• Be a part of lean initiative for in process quality to ensure quality and productivity.

• Should be BE in Electrical having minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.

• Hands on Generator product manufacturing and testing.

• Should have good knowledge on Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Should have basic knowledge on QC tools.

• Should be collaborative and decision maker.

• Should have good knowledge in NCR management and lesson learn.
