You’ll make an impact by:
Pull SCD data for all new users or terminate users moving forward.
Completing user template for the creation of new users or deactivate user and send this template to dayforcesupportnorthamerica.us@siemens.com.
Timesheet drop-down content maintenance (WBS Code- Labor Matrix updates, changes, adds, effective start and end-dating,etc.).
Employee data minor updates (change Manager, Org Code or Cost Center assignments, work/job assignments, terminate user account, re-active user account, etc.).
Add or update role assignments.
Password reset.
Grant delegation mode as needed (holiday season, leave away from work, etc.).
On demand report generation.
Logging change request for dayforce (Follows change management process).
You’ll win us over by:
Minimum 3 yrs of experience in related field.
Management graduate.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Has a ‘know-how’ approach instead of ‘know-what’.
Basic knowledge on MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) skills.
Right mindset in operational excellence.
