• Shall be leading a team of more than 50 skilled resources in both verticals Auto ( airconditioning) and Fire.

• Able to coordinate with customers located in more than 10 countries across the globe.

• Leading by example in delivering quality in engineering deliverables in time.

• Has a good understanding in basic commercial terms.

• Preparation for the MIS for management reviews including with HQ at Germany.

• Developing new innovations to improve productivity through the process optimisation and tool development.

• Create an innovation culture.

• Make things happen using the latest technologies.

• Promote Diversity and sustainability.

• Being a part of leadership team in business.

• Drive the change as and when required.
