Role Overview Siemens’ Energy Services (EPS) aims to run end-to-end Smart Sustainability Program through solutions and energy saving offerings in Cooling systems (HVAC, AHUs), Heating systems (Heat pumps, boilers, etc), Microgrid technologies, Energy storage solutions, Renewable energy solutions, EV charging solutions, etc for commercial & industrial customers. This position is for driving and developing recurring Energy service business out of installed solution base post warranty expiry, generating new AMC service businesses post contract period, additional service business arising out of existing Siemens customer but from other plants and providing a single window for all mechanical and electrical services to support continued output for the customer’s decarbonization and energy efficiency projects. This role is for identifying such customers in different locations allocated and building a bridge between EPS Service sales and RMA base business service sales. This position will be based out of Gurgaon but with a pan India coverage and focusing on offering EPS service offering based on Siemens Guidelines. This position will work closely with the EPS Service Sales, SER sales and EPS Solution and to bring in commonality and building robust customer base. Responsibilities Carrying out Site walk through with detailed audits. Will be supporting sales team in identifying the Facility improvement measures. Carry out measurements on field as per the planned solution. Carrying out Data analysis, collation. The engineer should be able to carry out necessary calculations based on the data collections. Identifying facility improvement measures & developing solutions, baselining the consumption. Will be responsible for Greenfield/Retrofit HVAC designs – High & Low side, 8760 modelling for optimum designs, Project costing & cash flow projections, Coordination with operations team & sourcing Monitoring savings & responsible for M&V Support sales, solution development and project execution teams during various stages of projects. Provide technical direction to project team members and technical support to field technicians. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Successful previous experience as a design engineer consistently meeting or exceeding targets ‘Mechanical / Electrical Engineer preferably having 6-8 years of relevant experience and expertise in energy efficiency Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Understanding of LEED/Green building norms Well versed with HVAC systems including DCPs, water/air cooled chiller plants, building controls, lighting, heating systems, building envelope, Control systems, electrical and domestic water system technologies / design, ASHRAE, NBC, ECBC standards: 211, 100, 90, 62 etc. Understanding building utility bills and should have detailed knowledge of establishing baseline and regression analysis. Understanding Building Automation System functionality and control philosophy.
