1: Planning and execution of Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly production schedules.
2: Analyze quality issues plan & co-ordinate corrective & preventive actions. Ensure Quality targets are exceeded.
3: Enhance Machines utilization day by day.
4: Deploy production resources smartly.
5: Coach / mentor Shift & main supervisors.
6: Ensure 5s maintained on shop floor.
7: Actively participate in identifying Unsafe acts & conditions & strive to complete actions on the same.
8: Maintain discipline on shop floor.
9: Ensure harmonized relations with Union.
Experience required:
15 to 20 years of experience required in electronics manufacturing industry specifically PCBA production.
Education:
Graduate electronics, Electronics & communication.
