Full Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Maintain and update directory of facilitators from within and outside the Client Engagement and Training team.Manage the Event Engagement mailbox.Maintain a technology platform directory for online sessions.Moderate online open sessions, and other sessions as required.Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly online and onsite session feedback reports.Create and maintain monthly Client Engagement and Training report.Collaborate with Marketing team to create session collaterals.Ensure training and management reports are generated and distributed in an accurate and timely manner.Coordinate with CET, corporate counsellors and clients to plan sessions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
a) Minimum Education Requirements
b) Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in admin and creating reports.
Certification and Licensing: N/A
Specific experience required:
Minimum 1 year experience in MIS/administration-type role.
Abilities and characteristics:
Function under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Professional written and verbal communication and presentation.Ability to present complex information in a variety of formats, including but not limited to, excel and PowerPoint.As a member of the Client Engagement and Training team, participate in other CET related projects as needed.

Technology:
Proficient in Advanced Excel and macros, MS Office and Outlook
Work Relationship and Scope:
Reports directly to the Head of Client Engagement and Training.

Working from home with occasional deadline pressure.
