Job Title: Assistant PPC Manager – Fasteners Industry
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the PPC Manager in developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demands and company objectives.
– Monitor and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and production capacity.
– Collaborate with the production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
– Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
– Maintain and update the production planning system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
– Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
– Ensure timely and accurate communication of production plans and changes to all relevant departments.
– Assist in the development of contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the production process.
– Prepare and present regular reports on production status, performance, and issues to senior management.
– Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resource utilization.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
