Team members are expected to deliver accurate, effective, and timely administration of Human Resources operations functions and duties.Human Resources OperationsSupport policy manual/handbook and policy updates globally and in regionPrepare variation lettersAddress general employee queries in a timely and efficient manner; partner with team on more detailed inquiriesParticipate in Global HR projects. Be an active participant, contributing ideas and support. Thorough and timely completion of all work product. Responsiveness with Global HR colleagues.Responding to employee queries in a timely and efficient manner.PayrollCollaborate with th payroll team on audits and other payroll initiativesRewards AdministrationAssist with Quarterly recognition program including the announcement of winners, communication with payrollAdminister service award programTalent AcquisitionPrepare compensation analysis documentation with peer group information from Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support compensation recommendations prepared by HR team membersPrepare employment contract lettersOnboardingSend welcome communications and gather personal details to enter into HRISWelcome the new hire and provide instruction on onboarding materialsCoordinate with hiring managers on tasks assigned to managers for seamless onboardingAssist with new hire inquiriesData Management & ReportsInput and update employees/employee records into the HRISResponsible for data accuracy and data integrity of HRIS recordsPrepare reports and metrics for the HR Operations ManagerPrepare for off-boarding and facilitate exit proceduresAuditCollaborate on regional and global audit initiativesCollate all documents required for auditsFollow up on audit gaps for closureBackground Verification AdministrationInitiate new casesFollow up on insufficiency cases with the candidateRegular check on reports and alert on discrepancies to businessCoordinate with the HR manager for invoice approval and processCreate and administer a database of final reportsAdminister the entire process and share updates with the HR consultant on smooth on-boarding for new hiresWhat You Bring to SIRVA BGRSUniversity Degree ideally with a Human Resources elementMinimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources with an understanding and commitment to excellent service delivery.Experience working with a Human Resources Information SystemAbility to work independently, with the support of the HR Operations ManagerAbility to interact within all levels of the organization and build strong working relationshipsGood problem-solving and analytical skills, to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions, as they relate to the management of peopleHigh energy, flexible individual with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, while keeping those involved apprised of developments.Strong communication skillsStrong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environmentWorking Hours: 11:00 pm-7:00 amWhile this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the job requirements, management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties from particular jobs and to assign other duties as necessaryApply now!If you believe this role is the next step in your career please submit your interest via the APPLY NOW function including a resume for us to review.Job Type: Full-time
