Position Overview :

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to assess software quality through automation testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly.

Essential Job Functions :

• Debug Streamline processes across all programs and define quality gates across SDLC

• Drive the testing projects and teams with automation Innovation ideas and process implementation.

• Should be thorough in process definition / improvement / gap analysis

• Look at various contracting models and suggest alternatives as needed, Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

• Improve test quality and effectiveness by working with Development and Program Management to prevent problems and to make the product more testable

• Work with Product managers PMO to resolve schedule, resource, cost, quality trade-offs with quality and business objectives

• Cooperates with other managers in the organization to maximize the success of the Independent Test Practice

• Expertise with testing tools and methods to perform user acceptance testing

• Extensive experience with the definition and implementation of automated testing framework and process

• Strong ability to lead process enhancement activities for development, training, metrics, and assurance

• Ability to produce quality metrics/reports to determine quality levels within a project to senior stakeholders

• Participate in story estimation sessions and team retrospectives

• Manage and build automation testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes, and motivation

Qualifications/Requirements :

· Overall experience 8+ years in Testing – Manual and Automation testing (minimum 5 years of experience in automation)

· In Automation – UFT/Selenium with Java experience in any of one tool

· Should have extensive experience in API Testing and Agile

· Experience with Database testing

· Team player, pleasant to work with high-level integrity

· Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills

· US mortgage domain knowledge is preferred

· Flexible in terms of work location and timings
