SquadStack Hiring for Supply Success Manager at Remote, India Full Time

Responsibilities:

• To ensure there is sufficient skilled supply in the campaigns and the targets for the supply are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Responsible for seamless review and verification of calls made by call agents.

• Creating the right culture environment for the call agents.

• To ensure that the SEs receive Campaign specific training and Onboarding

• Manage part time employees reporting to them

• Run various activities to boost the morale of the call agents

• Responsible for driving quality for client calls including training and sharing feedback with call agents

• Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases/dashboards

• Caller Support: Redress the caller’s grievances efficiently in a timely manner and develop best practices around the same.

• Adhere to current standards and current policies and procedures.

• Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality calls and ensure no frauds take place

• Responsible for fair earnings to the contractors

• Proofread content on the app for accuracy.

• Sharing of Reports with the team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

  Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;

• Exceptional listening and analytical skills;

• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment;

• Must have a laptop

• Excellent People management skills,

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office

• Basic SQL ( good to have)
