Job Description
Position Title: Admin Coordinator
Coordinates in between the Project Management, Project Team and clients.
KEY ACCOUNT-ABILITIES: Description
Preparation of Project Daily Reports and Projects Tracking report – Tracking Report
Preparation of Site Visit Reports, Quotations and invoices to be verified by Area Supervisor- Consolidated with the Work Scope
Processing ARAMCO ID request and Vehicle Sticker and follow up with the clients for approval together with the required documents- Tracking Report
Prepare all required documents by the Project Team -Primary Documentation
Petty Cash Management – Expenditures Routine
Prepare all corresponding email to the client – Communications
Overall coordination with the Project Team – Overall Performance
Assist the employees to process HR requirements or request – ensure all issues are solved
Track expiry of all Personal ID’s and Vehicle Stickers and make sure to renew before the expiry date.- Tracking Report
Prepare and maintain documents required for Client Certification -Document Controlling
Keep and maintain all Project Management documents – Document Controlling
Preparation of Internal Handover and Receiving Statement and prepare tracking log -Tracking Report
Petty Cash Management, EAR & BER Preparation and tracking – Business Expenditures and tracking Report
Prepare and follow up required access Tracking Report
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Qualification – any bachelor’s degree or Diploma, adequate knowledge in MS Office is a MUST
Experience – at least five (5) years of experience on the same position
