Roles and Responsibilities
Production Planning and
Adherence w.r.t. Marketing Plan
- Prepare day wise Plans.
- Conduct Reviews of SKU adherence
- Ensure Min. Loss from PPC
- Daily Production
Ensure BOM parts & FG stock
reconciliation w.r.t. SAP and Variance closure
- Fortnight Vehicle & Engine Inventory
- Weekly Parts Perpetual Inventory
- COGI analysis and Clearance
- Periodic BOM validation and correction
Ensure Adherence to Hangers and Trolley maintenance plan
Cost Control in PPC areas
- Manpower Productivity Reviews
- Hanger/trolley Maintenance cost reviews
- Consumable cost reviews
Domain Knowledge of SAP –PP/ EMF is must
