Skin Sense Hiring for Clinic Manager (only Female candidate) at Cannanore Full Time

• Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
• Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
• Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff
• Plan and manage the clinic’s budget and approve payroll
• Perform quarterly and and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
• Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members
• Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
• Coordinate the training of new staff members

• Responding to customer queries on Whatsapp
• Responding to customer posts/comments/queries on social media
• Making calls to the customers for resolving queries or appointments when required
• Sending and reporting daily leads report
• Making sure to follow all the SOP as per company standard that needs to be maintained in the chats/on the calls
• Resolving every query that gets registered
• Conversion of customers checking in for inquiries

Qualifications Required:

• Aptitude to excel
• Prior experience working in a clinic in leadership roles
• Fluent in English & Malayalam
• Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Ability to delegate tasks as needed
• Ability to spend long periods of time sitting at a desk

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
