Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage the accounting team, including training and performance evaluation.
2. Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
3. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
4. Monitor and reconcile company accounts, bank statements, and financial transactions.
5. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
6. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
7. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
8. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
9. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
10. Collaborate with the management team to support business planning and financial strategies.

Candidate Requirement
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
3. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
8. Leadership and team management abilities.
9. Effective communication and presentation skills..
