Delivery Manager/Program Manager

Location: India (Travel to Poland, company will sponsor the work Permit for Poland)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Lead the Track and Trace Program for the customer
Total Team Size of 100+ people
Three workstreams of projects: BAU for existing sites, Continuous Development and Deployment to new sites
End to end responsibility of delivery of the track and trace program – BAU, Dev and Deploy
Ensuring all the projects operating in the T&T program are meeting the contractual commitments
Ensuring all the projects in the T&T program are meeting and exceeding the organizational delivery excellence standards all the time
Ensuring all the projects in the T&T program are meeting operational SLAs and KPIs as defined in the SOWs

Stakeholder Management
Ensuring that the customer stakeholders are managed during the entire lifecycle of the program delivery
Ensuring all the escalations are addressed in full across any project and service

Growth and Profitability

Direct responsibility of ensuring that margins (GOM) of all projects are met as per the committed target
Direct responsibility of ensuring that target revenue numbers of the Track & Trace program are met from a delivery standpoint
Responsible for leading the proposal submissions and engagements across different workstreams – Deployment to new sites etc.

People and Team Management

Responsible for building and maintaining the team across the program
Lead the team from the front and nurture critical talent
Innovation and New Engagement
Directly responsible for managing the customer experience and expectation in terms of new solutions, improvement areas and continuous improvement

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE
Strong experience in the CPG/Manufacturing/Supply Chain Domain. Tobacco industry experience good to have
Strong experience in delivering Track and Trace solutions for manufacturing customers. Solutions like MES, SAP ATTP
Must have experience in delivering large track and trace programs for the customers across the value chain
Experience in technology areas like Apriso, SAP ATTP, Custom Solutions on Microsoft/Java
Strong IT Background of delivering different type of projects in Agile, Waterfall, ITIL etc.
Strong IT Background in delivering projects across different global customers and different technologies
Communication skills: Verbal, Written, Listening, and Questioning
Strong stakeholder management skills: Able to challenge the status-quo, The ability to influence and negotiate and Ability to think through the solutions in critical stages

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹4,000,000.00 per year
