• To Opening the Job Card and Complaint Registration
• To take Vehicle Appointment
• Take the customer approval for Vehicle Service
• To give Time and Cost Estimation to Customer
• To Maintain Customer Satisfaction
• To Understanding Customer Complaint
• To Know as Vehicle Repair Status in every vehicle
• To Educate customers on Vehicle Maintenance, Promotional Scheme, Warranty Service, etc
• To reduce the Repeat Repair
• To Follow-up and Co-ordinate Breakdown & Campaign
• To Follow up of outside jobs & Daily/Weekly/Monthly estimate of spare parts requirement for select parts
• To Coordinate with Parts department on critical parts for new model to ensure stocking of the same
• Follow up Commercial Policy Points
• To Increase vehicle turnover
• To do Technician and Asst.Tech working Review
• To do OEM co-ordination & liaison
• To Monitor Labour/Spares Performance
• To reduce Scrapping & Waste

Need Min 3 Years Experience in Automobile with Service Department

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
