Work Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

JD:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support Coordination directly with customers either by telephone, email, or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and trouble tickets.
• Understand and update the status in the muster data
• Appraise customer on the Project status.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle queries and complaints received from customers.
• On-time reply to the emails received.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Record details of actions taken.
• Follow up on customer interactions Coordination with the Production & Installation team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
