Job Summary:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is an expert in SEO, SMO, and Graphics Designing and can efficiently lead a branding team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, content creation, audience engagement, and analytics to enhance brand visibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and others.
Execute SEO & SMO strategies to optimize content visibility and reach.
Create and oversee high-quality graphics, creatives, infographics, and videos for social media campaigns.
Develop engaging content calendars, plan social media posts, and ensure timely execution.
Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and third-party tools.
Run paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize ad performance.
Collaborate with the branding team, designers, and content creators to maintain a strong brand identity.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build a strong online community.
Implement influencer marketing strategies to expand brand reach.
Manage and oversee team tasks and performance to ensure smooth execution of branding and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – Keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization, backlinking strategies.
SMO (Social Media Optimization) – Profile optimization, hashtag strategy, engagement techniques.
Graphics Design – Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (Basic video editing is a plus).
Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Experience in paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads).
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for social media captions and posts.
Ability to manage a team of designers, content writers, and marketing professionals.
Familiarity with email marketing, lead generation, and automation tools.
Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize marketing strategies.
Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Knowledge of WordPress and blogging.
Experience with Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing and Growth Hacking Strategies.
Understanding of Brand Reputation Management (ORM).
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media marketing and branding.
