Société Générale Hiring for Analyst – Payments Investigation at Chennai Full Time

Mission in Investigation Department

Ensure daily the processing of day to day activities that comprises of:

Processing and follow-up of claims and disputes/litigations followed by payments processing.

Processing the various information requests.

Handling cancellation requests of payment orders and processing the modification requests on payments already executed.

Processing return of funds as per the stated procedures.

Management of accounting breaks.

Responsibilities

Process the daily operations as per the procedures and rules provided by the management.

Participate in the fight against fraud and money laundering.

Contribute to the detection and resolution of incidents.

Inform the Management in case of any difficulties faced during resolving incidents.

Participate in training new joiners.

Participate in the improvement of quality and updating operational procedures.

• You ideally have a previous experience in the banking or finance industry.
• You are fluent in English; French knowledge would be highly appreciated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience into Investigation of Payments Processing in Retail Banking
• Flexible to work in shifts

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration.
