Job Location : Mumbai
Experience Required : 2-7 yrs
Job Description : o Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills
o Candidates should be willing to work on 24×7 and on-call support during critical issues.
o Candidates should have eagerness to learn new technologies and skills
o He/She should be hardworking with strong work ethics and discipline.
o AIX installation/Upgradation/Patch Management
o NIM based installation and administration.
o Hardware health checkup/Logs Collection
o System Monitoring/Performance Monitoring/data collection.
o Start/Stop, reboot OS as and when required.
o LVM, FileSystem and NFS Management.
o Storage Attachment and multi-pathing Configuration.
o Develop and maintain documentation about current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
o System backup and restores
o PowerHA Installation/Configuration/Start/Stop/Administration
o Resource Management and DLPAR operations.
o Trouble shooting any problem data collection.
o Raise and track Service Requests with IBM/OEM.
Should be good in handling escalations, managing team & managing client
Should have infra domain knowledge and mainly from banking background
