Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, creative content design, and running effective paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience using Canva to create engaging visuals and managing Meta Ads campaigns to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.

? Design highly converting ads to attract the target audience.

? Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights.

? Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing for ROI.

? Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools.

? Execute A/B tests and optimize strategies for audience growth and engagement.

? Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

? Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or in a similar role

? Proficiency in Canva for creating highly converting ads

? Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), including campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking

? Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
