Within this role you will you will lead and manage professional services projects of varied complexity nature. You will provide guidance and support to associates and consultants for specific service engagements. You will drive quality through ensuring that standard Service and project methodologies are followed in all engagements. In addition to this you will you will be expected to, supported and encouraged to keep your skills up to date and develop your deep technical knowledge across M365 by obtaining and maintaining vendor certifications. Analyze business and user requirements in the Future Workplace domain (Microsoft 365) Translate business requirements into functional architecture Design and deliver IT solutions (with varying complexity) for SoftwareONE customers Create detailed design and architecture documentation Designing, planning, and deploying workloads within the Microsoft 365 platform Migrations to M365 What we need to see from you Minimum of 5 year of experience in M365 Consulting preferably with a systems integrator or as part of a professional services organization Languages: Demonstrable experience of working within Large enterprise environments subject to change control as per ITIL best practice You have Expert Level skills, exceptional technical know-how, responsible for setting organizational strategy in this area. Seen as a thought leader in this space, reviewing external/industry trends and applying this best practice in the organization. Understanding and supporting M365 core workloads : Exchange Online. Sharepoint, OneDrive , Teams (non UC) Migrations from On premise workloads, tenant to tenant migrations including migration tooling with BitTatan/Sharegate and/or Quest Deployment and configuration of migration tooling Knowledge of underlying Microsoft Core technologies that support M365 Ability to design and troubleshoot Troubleshooting core Microsoft Security related technologies in a customer tenant Mobile Device Management – Able to setup and configure basic policies for InTune You have Advanced Level, extensive experience and knowledge in this area, applying it independently to new and complex situations. Can provide guidance to others on Knowledge of designing and deploying Microsoft on premise technologies – Exchange, SharePoint, SMB file shares Understanding and experience of designing and executing the transformation of other office workloads from on premise to the cloud such as Migrations from other on premise (Lotus Notes) and cloud (Google) migrations including migration tooling with BitTatan and/or Quest Knowledge of Quality of Service and Networking You have Skilled Level, practical working experience in this area, allowing it to be applied in basic routine situations with minimal guidance or supervision. Knowledge of the configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft desktop application.
