She/he will be responsible for a particular geographical area or list of accounts in the region and carries a sales target. A BDR will always be based in our office. The Business Development Representative will also coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareONE and ensure customer needs are met in a timely & accurate manner. Daily customer engagement over the phone Execute marketing activities Fast & accurate information dissemination to customers Lead generation and Closures Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow-ups Managing customer information Work closely with the Business Development Managers Helping with the licensing queries and providing adequate information to the customers. Achieve the revenue target for your assigned territory/accounts. Become a Licensing Expert and Advisor for the Customer Certify on the Licensing Certifications. Connect via voice/phone, day-in and day-out, with SoftwareONE customers in the assigned territory to ensure top-of-the-mind “SoftwareONE” recall and resultant sale of SoftwareONE offerings.
