We also have significant market share in the HVAC, Pharma Clean Room & Rotating Machine Inlet applications.We are looking for Sales & Marketing leaders who can drive this exceptional growth in a structured manner.Brief information about our USP, Core Values and Value proposition is also available at www.spectraco.inRoles and responsibilitiesPreferences for candidates with experience of selling consumables in Pharmaceutical Sector: Responsible for handling Sales & Marketing activities for our Air Filter products & services especially for Pharmaceuticals vertical and health care facilities (Hospitals) Achieve the monthly, quarterly & annual sales plan for the assigned territory byo Understanding Spectrum’s offerings and product categorieso Ensuring maximum coverage of the manufacturing companies (small, medium & large) in the assigned territory through effective sales callso Tracking & timely follow through of all the leads/ enquiries/ opportunities generatedo Making an effective pitch to all relevant stakeholders in the customer organizationo Submitting timely and appropriate techno-commercial proposals working with the category management/ marketing teamo Supporting the marketing/ category management team to execute demand generation programso Ensuring Spectrum’s gains the maximum share of the customer’s spend on MRO products across relevant categories with the maximum price realizationo Keeping customer interests at the highest level and work with the support functions in Spectrum to ensure customer satisfactiono Building and establishing relationship between customer and Spectrum across hierarchies and departments including the top management Ensure outstanding payments from customers are collected within the approved credit period Provide visibility to supervisor and top management about the activities and progress througho Update in CRM all the leads generated/ enquiries, action required and conversions into saleso Submitting the required monthly sales plan, weekly call plans, call reports & other sales MIS for the assigned territory on timeo Provide relevant competitive informationMaintain the highest level of professionalism and business ethicsDesired Candidate profile: BE/B.Tech 1-3 Yrs Sales Marketing experience
