Speedloop Auto Pvt Ltd Stiger EV Hiring for E/E Powertrain NPD at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Ability to communicate with E/E suppliers for part procurement and development. 

2. Experience in wiring harness drawings and other E/E components drawings. 

3. Statement of requirements (SOR) preparation along with the PD team. 

4. Managing BOM for the Powertrain team. 

5. Aware of EMI/EMC Standard Use for Powertrain Components. 

6. Good Knowledge and understanding of Automotive BEV Vehicle Electrical Components and Device Like Motor, ECU, VCU, DC-DC, Inverter, HMI Etc. 

7. Ability to read and understand different E/E control systems. 

8. Communicating technical information concisely and accurately to various levels within the organisation and external parties. 

9. Parts sign off with the PD team and supplier team. 

10. Budget preparation for NPD and getting approved from top management. 

11. Setting up Part selection Standards for Powertrain components. 

12. Adhere to established Stiger EV’s Development procedure and Development. 

13. Provide Complete documentation, product verification and part list. 

14. Use technical knowledge and Experience in Evaluating RFQ’s relative HV and LV System Components in Powertrain. 

15. Assume Electrical Engineering responsibilities for all PD phases, including quoting, prototypes, Testing, validation and release to production.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 

1. Bachelor’s/ Master’s/ Doctorate Degree in Electrical/ Electronics. 

2. 5-7 years’ experience in E/E NPD for automobile industry. Minimum 2 years of experience in EV OEM 

3. Experience in different battery chemistry like Lead Acid, Li-ion, Lithium-polymer batteries, system performance and safety requirements. 

4. Knowledge of different semiconductors/devices used in a circuit, components like diode, BJT, MOSFET, IGBT, etc. and their switching circuits, Snubber circuits, Gate Driving Circuits, Protection circuits etc.

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
