Sr Graphic Designer Full Time

Were searching for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and inspire our design team. Youll play a crucial role in crafting impactful visual solutions across various mediums from digital marketing materials to print collateral. This role is ideal for a passionate and strategic designer who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Location
This is a fulltime onsite position at our Churchgate Mumbai office.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design process from concept to execution ensuring highquality visual assets for marketing materials (digital & print) social media graphics and more
   
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing product etc. ) to understand project goals target audience and brand messaging
   
3. Manage a project pipeline effectively delivering work on time and within budget
   
4. Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visuals maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
   
5. Mentor junior designers providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth
   
6. Stay ahead of design trends exploring new techniques and software to enhance the teams skillset and deliver innovative design solutions
   
7. Proactively identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to achieve maximum visual impact and user engagement
   
8. Participate in client meetings and presentations
   
9. Oversee the work of freelance designers or vendors if applicable
   
10. Assist with design recruitment efforts
    

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Canva Figma and other design software
3. Strong understanding of design principles typography colour theory branding and design strategy
4. A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
