Job Description

Configuring various RAID levels on the Servers for better performance & Reliability Manage Active Directory Environment, like users & groups to implement the group policies. Creating the DHCP server & tracking the IP lease on regular Basis & resolving the IP Conflicts. Preparing the Backup plans for servers so there will be least of downtime whenever there is disaster. Installing, configuring & managing the Print server in the server 2008 / 2012 Install configure & manage the SQL server creating the backup schedule & monitor them Install configure & manage the FTP server & allotting the Space. Installing the VMware products on servers (ESX, ESXI, server, workstation, VM Player) Creating the Space Quota on server to share files between the Users. Managing Hardware/Software inventory using various applications & tools Good hands on Leading Enterprise Edition Anti-virus Symantec (SEPM) & Trend Micro (Officescan) Install configure & manage the Anti-virus Servers, also have ability to analyze virus & resolve the same Configuring the Email client in MS Outlook, Outlook Express, troubleshooting the errors of the same. Remote assistance using various protocols like Remote Desktop, VNC, Remote Admin, Anydesk, Teamviewer Managing the Hardware & Software Vendors. Trouble shooting knowledge of Printer e.g. (Dot-Matrix, Ink-jet, DeskJet, LaserJet). Knowledge on FTP server. Knowledge of Database server installation and basic configuration, checking connectivity with Clients system. Ability to follow the IT-Infrastructure policies and processes. Provide direct technical support to internal and external desktop and servers, working closely with the Technical Operations. Monitor the random occurring critical issues and take action accordingly. Document the tracked & escalated cases which were resolved. Communicate effectively with Users to understand there queries & find the solution as per. Always ready to work in flexible hours without disturbing the operations. Continuous learning, takes initiative to find new solutions & implement the same in the environment Upgrading and installing software’s of servers & workstations as per required. Managing administrative activities required for windows 2003/2008/2012 server , Firewall, Anti-virus servers, database server, Implementing the WSUS server for all the client to get the latest Security updates from the Microsoft update server Keeping tracks on Patches, updates & deploy them Handling the Complex local area network, includes configuration, installation, maintenance, and support.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR25,000.00 – INR30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
