- Maintenance of book of accounts
- Monthly Accounts closure, overdue monitoring and control, customer reconciliation, retro invoicing and recovery, customers debit closure, warranty accounting, interdealer reconciliation, scrap sale invoicing and accounting, discount and incentives computation etc.
- Perform Monthly MIS Closing activity and related reporting
- Dealing with Statutory auditor for annual audit and GST Compliance audit
- Accounts receivables /Payables management
- Review and monitor Business performance and forecasts on monthly basis.
- Preparation of annual budget and tracking
- Internal audit and statutory audit completion with zero NC.
- Submission of weekly, monthly and Quarterly AR reports, conduct daily receivables review meetings, preparation of cash forecasts etc.
- Data preparation & completion of Audit.
