• Maintenance of book of accounts
• Monthly Accounts closure, overdue monitoring and control, customer reconciliation, retro invoicing and recovery, customers debit closure, warranty accounting, interdealer reconciliation, scrap sale invoicing and accounting, discount and incentives computation etc.
• Perform Monthly MIS Closing activity and related reporting
• Dealing with Statutory auditor for annual audit and GST Compliance audit
• Accounts receivables /Payables management
• Review and monitor Business performance and forecasts on monthly basis.
• Preparation of annual budget and tracking
• Internal audit and statutory audit completion with zero NC.
• Submission of weekly, monthly and Quarterly AR reports, conduct daily receivables review meetings, preparation of cash forecasts etc.
• Data preparation & completion of Audit.
