Job Description

• Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear, including frames, lenses, and accessories.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs, preferences, and prescriptions.
• Upsell additional features such as coatings, premium lenses, or warranty options.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear and optical products.
• Understand and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of various products.
• Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management to replenish inventory.
• Ensure accurate entry of customer orders and prescriptions into the system.
• Coordinate with labs or suppliers for timely delivery of customized eyewear.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Track and report sales performance to the management team.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat busines
