Key Skills
1. Sourcing of vendors for Transport, Canteen, Security, Housekeeping, Hotricare, First Aid Centre, Guest House, Medical requirement, Uniforms, etc.
2. Finalization of contract after getting approval from Head HR & administration.
3. Revision of Contract on expiry of contract or any time changes required.
4. Ensuring Administration facility of the plant & Guest House.
5. Timely payments to the vendors.
6. Managing Admin facility in compliance with company’s policy, IMS, EnMS, SA 8000, Food safety etc.
1. Providing Admin services to the employees and Guest.
2. Planning for Admin Services to give maximum satisfaction.
3. Timely deliveries of uniforms, up keeping of plant housekeeping & Guest House.
4. timely medical check-ups.
5. Handling emergency situations.
6. Timely Ticket booking and accommodation
7. Timely vendor payments
1. Managing Admin services with cost effective measures.
2. Sourcing better vendor to save cost and improve service levels.
1. Periodic safety inspection of the area assign to him
2. Taking Corrective and preventive action of the observation reported in different audits and mock drills.
3. Monitoring Health of employees with checking reports and maintaining the records.
4. Ensuring smooth Functioning of OHC centre and compliance.
1. Updating Overhead / Admin MIS
2. Verification and up keeping of Admin/ office asserts in good condition.
