Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and update accounts receivable and issue invoicesUpdate accounts payable and perform reconciliationsAssist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assignedResponsible for day-to-day sales & administration task; including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails & order monitoringLiaise and co-ordinate between manufacturer and customer to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Candidate should possess attitude for multitasking job roleHandle after sales activity – customer complaints, co-ordinate RMA & technical serviceCandidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent. Major in Business Administration or Marketing are plus.Required language(s): English, Mandarin is plusFresh graduates or entry level candidates are welcomed to apply.
